Dr. Thania Paffenholz is a leading expert on peace processes as well as inclusion. She taught for more than 15 years at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and is the Founder of Inclusive Peace, an independent think and do tank. With over 30 years of experience conducting seminal research and advising the UN, governments, and civil society across more than 50 countries, Dr. Paffenholz is widely recognised for bridging cutting-edge research with practical impact on the ground. She did her PhD in Frankfurt in the mid 1990s and worked at PRIF during this time.
